Upset Par 3738824 1998 Sorrel Gelding

     Need a fast, ranch horse with a bit of racing and show ring in his background? Upset Par goes back to Par for the Course and Skippa String on his daddy's side and back to Go Man Go and Mr. Meyers on his dam's side. Well balanced breeding. Half-brother to Mr. Turner.

Appearance:
    Upset Par is a sorrel gelding who stands about 15-1 h and weighs in at 1150. A nice sized horse for all ranch work as well as general riding. He has a nice headset. All in all - a nice looking gelding to ride in public.

Disposition & Movement:
    He is about a ‘3' on a scale of ‘dog gentle' to ‘wilder than a March hare'. He's a people horse and likes attention, but he should go to a rider with some experience because of his speed and the fact he has lots of flex. He has a fast walk and east trot. He has a slow, smooth lope, spins well and has a nice stop. He has good feeling in his sides for moving him around with your legs while your hands are full of rope or gates.

Experience:
   Upset Par was raised on a cattle and horse ranch so he has had plenty of exposure to tumbleweeds, rattlesnakes, thorny brush, holes, and all those other obnoxious trail objects. He has worked cows for several years so he knows what he is supposed to do when it comes time to gather, doctor, and brand.
