Krogs Leo Command 3320732 1994 Sorrel Gelding
Are you a team roper who wants to look good on a nice-looking, healing horse on your way to the pay window? Then ask us about Krogs Leo Command. He goes back
to Leo, Poco Pine, and Paprika Pine on his daddy's side and back to King Frosty
and Jackie Bea on his mother's side.
Appearance and Disposition
This
12-year-old sorrel gelding is in his prime. He stands at 15-0 h and weighs
about 1150 lbs. He is a crowd pleaser and has a lot of Halter and Performance
points in his pedigree (check it out on the pedigree page). He scores well in
the arena. He's about a ‘3' on a Disposition scale of 1-10, so any rider with
at least some experience can ride him.
Nice Moves
This horse is good in the box and very quick out of it. He has a fast walk and a smooth trot when looking for cows or just trail riding. He has a slow, easy, smooth lope and changes gaits easily. Lots of natural ability. His spins are smooth
and he always puts you in a good spot to rope.
Training & Experience
Krogs Leo Command started as a ranch horse bringing in the cows and dragging calves to the
branding fire. He likes roping and did it so well, the owner started healing on
him when Command was about 6 years old. He took to it naturally and has been
healing ever since. He also has some heading experience. The owner says he has
made lots of USTRC money on Command and has lost count of the number of
steers roped off this horse.
