Pars Ms Sunup 4288563 2002 Gray Mare
Actually, she is better than her photos and we really
don't want to sell her, so don't come round here looking for a bargain. She has
appearance, disposition, ability, and breeding, and we are thinking about
raising the asking price. Check out her pedigree. She goes back to Par
for the Course and Poco Dell on her sire's side and back to Boston Mac and Jim
Harlan on her dam's side.
Appearance:
She is a real beauty and very showy. How can she not
be with all the Halter Points in her pedigree? She has a striking gray color,
stands right at 15-0 h and weighs about 1075 lbs at 4 years old. Sunup has a
perfect head and is always alert. Look at her pictures. She is very well
balanced with good withers, short back, and a sloping shoulder.
Disposition & Movement:
Sunup is very calm, being a 1+ on a scale of 1 to 10. She is easy to catch, very friendly, and likes attention. She has a fast walk and both a slow and fast trot - depends on where
you want to go and how soon you want to get there. Her lope is smooth. She's a
pleasure to ride. Her stops and rollbacks are also excellent.
Experience:
Sunup was raised on a cattle and horse ranch in the New Mexico desert, so she has been exposed to all the usual things down here that stick, sting, or stink. In her young life, she has also gathered and sorted cows. She seems to enjoy being
ridden and is always ready to go out for more.
Prospects:
Pars Ms
Sunup has not yet been in the arena, but she says she is ready for it. She
really should go to a young person who is serious about winning in the show
ring. She has the disposition to return love, and she has the class and
movement to do very well in Western Pleasure, Halter, and Performance. During
the off season, she can be kept in shape roping steers or just working ranch
cows and calves. And think about the breeding potential.
Sunup is a busy young mare,
