Rock is a spirited Peppy San horse with an unusual color. He is an athlete ready for any job. Needs to go to an experienced rider who knows how to get the most out of a spirited gelding with great prospects.

Appearance
Rock is a 2004 gelding standing at 15-0 hands with an athletic body, long smooth muscles and a trim appearance. He has a majestic air about him, even though he looks right at you with his nearly white head and large black eyes. This sleek, majestic appearance is accentuated by Rock's coloring. His overall gray body is covered in reddy-brown dapples blending to a dark gray-dappled rear-end and then the reddy-browns and grays are mixed together in tiger-stripes on the legs. His solid black hooves and coal-black eyes give just the right striking accent. This horse is flashy.
He has a nice set of withers and tailset. His neck and tail are arched when he runs. His mane and tail have never been thick, but they have a nice color.

Disposition
Rock is a little short on patience, but he's young and was wild and free most of his life.  He is now well-mannered and stands easy when he ties or you hold the reins or lead rope.

Training
Rock was taught the basics as a weanling. He's been trimmed and lead since he was 6 months old. He's easily caught and haltered while lose in the pasture, never been injured or sick, and has not needed any discipline - just say his name and he comes to you or he stops what he is doing. As of 01 January 07 he's had all of his ground work and has been saddled and ridden about 20 times. Rock has never offered to buck when ridden. He is very alert, agile, and spirited. It is our opinion that at this time, only an experienced rider should ride him - so cowboys - you may also inquire about this one.

Prospects
Rock is definitely a candidate for most of the performance competitions and is a potential Performance Halter horse. He's so well balanced and athletic with long muscling. He would also look great in English with his sleek appearance. According to the cowboys, he could be a roping horse in a couple of years.
